As we continue to expand our operations in Vietnam, we are looking for talented individuals to join our growing team and support the delivery of cutting-edge products and digital experiences.

Role Overview

We are seeking a full-time Web Developer with strong hands-on experience in Wix and Shopify to join our Ho Chi Minh City office.

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our company website and e-commerce store. You will work closely with the Head of Brand & Marketing to implement content updates, support digital campaigns, and continuously improve user experience and conversion performance.

You will also be expected to leverage modern AI tools (such as Claude or similar) to accelerate development workflows, generate solutions, and improve efficiency across web, content, and optimisation tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, maintain, and optimise our Wix website and Shopify store
• Implement content updates, landing pages, and campaign assets
• Improve website performance, responsiveness, and user experience
• Support SEO optimisation, analytics tracking, and conversion improvements
• Troubleshoot website issues and ensure smooth day-to-day operation
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams on new initiatives
• Leverage AI tools (e.g. Claude) to assist with coding, content generation, debugging, and workflow automation

Your Skills and Experience

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong proficiency in English (written and spoken)
• Proven hands-on experience with Wix and Shopify
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and modern web tools
• Familiarity with SEO, Google Analytics, and conversion tracking
• High attention to detail, organisation, and consistency
• Experience working cross-functionally with marketing or creative teams
• Comfortable using AI tools (e.g. Claude or similar) to support development, problem-solving, and productivity

Nice to Have (Bonus Skills)

• Experience with Figma, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite
• Familiarity with email marketing tools (e.g. Klaviyo, Mailchimp)
• Basic understanding of UX/UI principles and A/B testing
• Exposure to tech, fintech, or SaaS environments
