Mô tả công việc
– Planning and implementation for whole Cartridge replacement and Happy
call/Referral activities to support all of sales/marketing segment to reach company
target.
– Monitor daily workflow and ensures that correct procedures are followed
– Responds to and resolves escalated issues and/or unique or complex requests from
customers
– Work closely with CRM/Operation team to improve workflow as well as report
dashboard effectively
– Support Marketing in customer survey progam
– Proactive co-operate with Marketing to build up effective campaign for increasing
cartridge replacement naturally
– Take care of customer, maintain good relationship to increase customer satisfaction.
– Calculate and allocate suitable scope of work for team member and ensure the manpower
plan can meet the EU data base growth
– Coaching customer service/soft skill for team member
– Do weekly/monthly/yearly report as required
– Other tasks are assigned by direct manager
***Expected qualifications:
– University graduate
– Have at least 3 years as Customer Service Leader role
– Good communication/negotiation skill
– Teamwork spirit
– Good leadership skill
– Can work with heavy workload in the rush time
– Can use English in writing/report
