As a Business Analyst (Junior/Middle), you will be the bridge between hospitality excellence and technical innovation. You will join an Agile product team dedicated to leveraging AI and automation to redefine how we operate and interact with our guests.

• Experience: 1–3 years of experience as a BA. We value potential and mindset as much as years on the clock.
• Hospitality Heart: A deep interest (or experience) in the hospitality domain. You understand that behind every data point is a guest’s experience.
• Analytical Rigor: Strong critical thinking skills. You don’t just see a problem; you see the root cause and three potential solutions.
• English Proficiency: Excellent verbal and written English. You will be communicating ideas in a diverse, global-minded environment.
• Mindset: A product-first approach. You care about the end-user and the long-term value of what we build.
• Technical Edge (Plus): A technical background or understanding of SQL, APIs, or AI integration will put you at the top of our list.

Your Skills and Experience

## What You’ll Do

• Product Thinking: Work closely with Product Owners to define the vision for our internal systems and guest-facing apps. You’ll move beyond “taking orders” to understanding the why behind every feature.
• Requirements Engineering: Elicit, analyze, and document requirements using standard processes (User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, Process Maps).
• Data-Driven Insights: Use critical thinking to analyze business health, guest behavior, and operational bottlenecks, suggesting AI-driven solutions to optimize efficiency.
• Agile Collaboration: Participate in Sprints, Stand-ups, and Retrospectives, ensuring the development team has a crystal-clear understanding of the business logic.
• Standardization: Maintain high-quality documentation and ensure that business processes align with industry standards while remaining flexible for our fast-paced environment.
