CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (JAPANESE) – UP TO 23,200,000 VND/MONTH – VIETNAM CONCENTRIX SERVICES COMPANY LIMITED, Hồ Chí Minh, Dịch vụ khách hàng

Location: The Flemington Tower, 182 Le Dai Hanh, Ward 15, District 11, HCMC.

1. SCOPE OF WORK

• Provide direct hotline counseling; receive calls, emails, and messages (email, chat, voice) from customers.
• Address inquiries and resolve customer complaints regarding products and services on the e-commerce platform.
• Maintain and update accurate information on the system.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

2. INCOME & BENEFITS

• Total Income: 22,000,000 – 23,200,000 VND/month.
• Base Salary: 21,500,000 VND/month.
• Allowances: Meal (500,000 VND), Night shift (30% base salary).
• KPI Incentive: 900,000 – 1,200,000 VND/month.
• Probation: 100% salary during the 2-month probation period.

3. WORK SCHEDULE

• Shift: Rotated shifts (any 2 days off per week).
• Working Hours: Between 07:00 – 22:00 (9 hours/shift including 1 hour break).

• Language: Proficiency in Japanese (Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing).
• Note: JLPT N1/N2 or experience living/studying in Japan is a strong advantage.
• Education: Graduated from High School or higher.
• Experience: Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
• Skills: Loud & clear voice; professional communication.
