Job Overview: We’re on the hunt for a Junior Graphic & Creative Designer who’s got an eye for aesthetics, a heart for storytelling, and a brain full of bold ideas. You’ll be part of a fast-paced creative team, turning concepts into visuals that pop, wow, and convert.

From social media posts to campaign key visuals, you’ll help shape the look and feel of brands that people love.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with creative and account teams to develop content across platforms: social media, digital ads, websites, scripts, and more.
• Translate briefs into compelling visuals that align with brand tone and campaign objectives.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh, youthful ideas.
• Stay updated on pop culture, design trends, and memes — and know when (and how) to use them.
• Assist in the development and execution of client campaigns and projects
• Support account team in preparing client presentations, moodboard and proposals
• Establish best practices for human-AI collaboration in creative workflows.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in graphic design or related fields.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); bonus if you know Figma, Canva, Capcut Editing,..
• A creative thinker with a sense of humor and a love for visuals. A strong portfolio showcasing creativity, versatility, and attention to detail.
• AI Visual Generation (Mandatory): Proficient in leveraging generative AI tools (e.g., Midjourney or other similar AI tools) to create high-quality visual assets; able to translate creative briefs into AI-assisted design outputs.
• Ability to adapt tone and style for different brands and audiences.
• Team player with good communication skills and a growth mindset.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Communications Field.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
