Ariseo is a fast-growing fashion brand based in Singapore, known for its stylish, trend-driven collections and strong digital presence. The brand focuses on delivering affordable, high-quality pieces that reflect the latest global fashion trends while staying true to the vibrant, youthful energy of Vietnam’s fashion culture.

With a rapidly expanding customer base across multiple regions and online platforms, Ariseo is committed to creating fresh, wearable styles and providing an excellent shopping experience through fast launches, engaging content, and a dedicated cross-border operations team.

Ariseo is looking for a Fashion Designer who can design and develop highly wearable fashion products, with a strong focus on fit, silhouette, and real-life wearability.

You will be responsible for the full product journey — from concept to final product — ensuring each design is not only aesthetically strong but also practical, well-fitted, and ready for production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop fashion products (primarily womenswear, with the ability to expand into menswear)
• Propose concepts and design direction for product lines and collections
• Focus on:
  • silhouette and fit
  • comfort and wearability
• Select appropriate fabrics, colors, and design detail
• Develop designs from concept to production-ready samples
• Work directly with factories during sampling and production
• Monitor and refine samples to ensure quality in fit, form, and finishing
• Adapt designs to suit different markets (e.g. climate, lifestyle, customer behavior)

Requirements:

• Experience in fashion design (womenswear preferred, with ability to expand into menswear)
• Strong understanding of:
  • garment structure and fit
  • sewing techniques and finishing
  • fabric properties and real-world application
• Experience working with factories and managing the sampling process
• Ability to translate ideas into production-ready products
• Strong aesthetic sense, with a preference for modern, refined, and wearable styles
• Ability to work independently and make design decisions
• Ability to work across multiple product categories
